Leg warmers are a thing of the past…or are they? Recently, leg warmers have made a huge comeback, and honestly, I love it! Although leg warmers were hot in the 80′s and early 90′s, they are now coming back onto the fashion scene and making a total craze!
So if you like leg warmers, don’t be afraid to wear them, they are now completely acceptable not to mention unbelievably cute!
How do you wear leg warmers? Well pretty much the same way you always did! You can wear them over tights or leggings or you can just wear them over a hot pair of skinny jeans.
As for the shoes, make sure the color of the leg warmers match the color of your shoes (or close at least). And no, you cannot wear leg warmers with high-heels. Leg warmers from a fashion perspective serve as an accessory over your flat shoes, or just to spice up your outfit!

I totally agree with most of this article. I do disagree with not wearing leg warmers with heel. You can totally pull it off and it can still be very feminine and beautiful. Sometimes, I even like to wear my leg warmers as arm warmers. They’re so versatile and fun to play around with.

i will only wear leg warmers with chunky high heels. there are specially made ones with a hole for the heel
