Celebrities everywhere are showing up with fuller looking lips and we want to know are they the real thing or have we been misled by the needle? Well either way, they won’t give us the real answer so we came up with a surefire way of getting gorgeous, full lips without submitting to the needle. Here’s how!

Step 1: Exfoliate

Before beginning, wet your lips and rub a lip exfoliator onto your pucker in slow, circular motions. This will slough off the dead skin cells, leaving your lips super soft and healthy looking.

Step 2: Lip Liner

Get a lip liner that matches the color of your lips and start tracing, making sure to leave out the corners of the mouth as this can close in your lips, making them visibly smaller. Smudge the liner over the ridge of your lips with your finger.

Step 3: Highlighter

Apply a thin line of liquid highlighter onto your cupid’s bow so that the light will bounce off it and play up the curvy area.

Step 4: Lip  Gloss

Apply a neutral lip color and finish off with a dab of shimmery gloss on the center of your bottom lip. This will reflect the light off of it.
