If there is one celebrity who always knows how to dress, it is definitely Hilary Duff. I must say I absolutely love her style, and the way she puts her clothes together (well at least I hope it’s not just her stylist) is just amazing.

Seen here at the Teen Choice Awards, Hilary is wearing a pair of blue skinny pants, a puffy shirt and a very hot pair of metallic heels.

She then pulled this look together by adding a few gold accents (her bracelets, belt), as well as adding a flower in her hair which is absolutely adorable.

And once again, Ms. Duff has done it- she is the ultimate style queen!
