Hilary Duff has always been seen wearing the most interesting outfits, that have always appealed to her age group. Unlike her counterpart Lindsay Lohan, Hilary doesn’t show off that much skin, and knows exactly how to dress at every event.
Seen here in this picture, Hilary’s sporting a really cute military green ruffled skirt, and a simple sleeves black top. Now only these two items would probably look boring, but Hilary added a touch of her own with an adorable pair of over the knee socks, cut at the ends, and a glittery belt over the blouse.
Add to that her super cute shoes, her bracelets and necklaces, she truly looks like a little rocker chick. Not only is it an easy look to pull off for everyone, but it’s completely wearable during the day or at night.
All you have to do if find your favorite mini-skirt, a top that matches, and a pair of high socks to go along with the outfit, and you have yourself a very fun, young, and outgoing style!
