Summers always mark a time for fun, letting loose, relaxing, and of course, experimenting with the hottest summer trends. This summer is no different! The hottest trends are letting lose and you won’t want to miss them! Of course, just because something is in fashion does not mean you should wear it. Before taking out your money and buying, make sure those styles complement your figure and that you feel comfortable in them. And you can always be a little creative and add some of your very own personal touches! But nevertheless, I always have to know what’s in and what’s out, even though I might not always like the new fashions.

So summer is fast approaching ladies, and you know what that means! Fresh styles, new dos and bare all legs. So what’s hot in fashion this summer? Well we’ll still see some of the same styles we saw last summer, but this time everything will be more feminine, which I love. No hoochie stuff by the way, just beautiful and feminine pieces, accompanied by pretty, dainty accessories.

Although spring is fast approaching, it’s still not here yet and we’re all eagerly awaiting the hot, sunny days. Until then, you can hit the mall and stock up on all your spring and summer essentials. One of the things that you absolutely must have this season is a pair or two of printed shorts.

Printed shorts are not only super cute, but comfortable and easy to wear too. They come in a variety of styles from short shorts to longer, knee-high styles. Personally, I prefer the short shorts for the printed style, and like to leave my longer ones nice and plain for those professional affairs.

This season shine in the newest spring/summer color: pink! I am an avid fan of pink, and I have everything and anything in pink. Pink shoes, pink tops, pink pants, pink coats, and pink accessories. Oh and pink bags too of course! But as you know, pink’s been out for a while, and now that it’s the hottest new color around, I can feel free to frolic in my very pink things.

As I’ve mentioned in a previous post, this Spring is all about comfort and simplicity. Anything that will make you feel comfortable, feminine, and pretty is a go!

So what’s on the agenda for this Spring’s bottoms? Think classic, simple, feminine, and very chic. You don’t need anything overpowering or with too much color. These bottoms are timeless and effortless as well since you can wear them anywhere weather it’s at work, at school, or just a lazy weekend.

The first thing your bag should never be without is chapstick. Even in the summer, your lips still need lots of moisture. So make sure you always carry a chapstick with you! It’s small, compact, and doesn’t weigh anything so there are no excuses!
