This spring, it is all about being daring and taking chances. Don’t read every little tip and trick on how to make yourself look “the part” because it might not look good on you. Instead, take a little time to figure out what flatters your shape and figure and how to wear certain items together. This spring, don’t worry about a thing since imaginations run wild with vivid florals, sheer fabrics, sweet pastels and tribal patterns!

FLORALS

Big, beautiful, vibrant flowers will be everywhere this spring. On tees, shirts, sweaters, skirts, dresses, bags, and even shoes. If you’re a girly girl, then you’ll probably love florals so make sure you don a floral piece this season. Go for a super cute floral top paired with jeans or a mini-skirt.

BRIGHT COLORS

I’ve mentioned before in a previous post, that bright colors would be making a comeback this spring, and be better than ever. Bold colored shoes and purses will also be on the run. Neon colors are also hot this season but be careful how you wear them, they could cause you a little trouble!

RUFFLES

Ah ruffles-feminine, trendy and always classic. This season anything goes. Flapper-friendly tiers big and small cascade from neckline to knee. Adorn yourself in beautiful ruffles and you’ll feel like a princess! Remember to keep the rest of your ensemble simple!

ARTSY PATTERNS

International designers have given us something to mull over…clothes inspired by their famous canvases. So it’s like your very own Picasso…on you! Ok, well maybe not really, buy I’m telling you these artsy pieces are amazing. It’s really a breath of fresh air!

ASYMMETRICAL

One of my favorite things is finally making a comeback- and that is asymmetrical cuts. Weather it’s on the top or bottom, asymmetrical shapes give grand illusions, in a positive way of course. So show off a little shoulder, or maybe even a little leg!

FADED PASTELS

Pastels are probably not as exciting as neon colors, but for the girl that likes to keep it fresh and simple, they’re perfect! Strike a balance between modern silhouettes and antique-washed colors.

NEUTRALS

Neutrals are the new it thing. You must change your outfit once in a while and go for neutral colors. Even though they’re not bold or exciting, neutral colors suit all skin types. Beat the heat with a cool palette of stone, sand, and rich earthy tones. Love the environment!

SHEER

Sheer materials are great for spring because they’re feminine and airy, and they pretty much represent what spring is all about. Aside from being beautiful, these tissue-thin fabrics are great for spring because they are your answer to layering!

TRIBAL PATTERNS

Another international creation that has hit the runways and will be a success this spring. Tribal patterns from all over the world are gracing skirts and dresses. Beautiful shapes, colors, and mixes are just stunning. Can’t love them enough!

TAILORED

Get the hottest look this spring by pairing supersized vests with tailored pants, shorts, or skirts. Take these tips to the office and you will be the hottest on there…again of course!
