How to Grow Long Hair

By Aniela / December 12, 2016

Hair loss and hair thinning is a major problem for many men and women, but today we'll show you how to grow long hair without any prescriptions or expensive hair treatments! If you have thinning, breaking hair that just won't grow, this DIY at-home treatment will strengthen the hair from the roots down and encourage hair growth. Experts say that most hair loss and hair thinning is due to a bad diet that doesn't include enough minerals and vitamins, and therefore this natural treatment is packed full of vitamins and minerals that your hair craves.

This is one of the best hair growth treatments I've ever tried, and it's super easy to make! I like to use this mask 2-3 times a week, and within 3 weeks, I've seen major improvement. My hair no longer looks dry and parched, my split ends are no more, and my hair has grown considerably.

What kind of beer did you use? Would something as simple as Budweiser work or should it be a darker beer, like Guinness?

This actually works!? I had no idea beer could have anything to do with your hair. Are you able to wash your hair after leaving it in for 1-2 hours or over night?
