As most people say, the eyes are the windows to the soul. Defining your eyes will make them stand out in their natural beauty.
Start off by choosing two neutral eye shadows. Make sure these colors match as you will later blend them in together. Remember, eye shadow blending is everything.
Apply both shadows to your entire lid area and blend well. Apply a shimmer shadow, or even a cream shadow over the two colors. This will brighten up your eyes.
Apply a thin line of eyeliner in black, kohl, navy, brown, khaki or plum. To do this flawlessly, gently pull the outer corner of your eye outward, forming a straight line along your lashes. Angling your pencil towards your lashes, trace the line working from the inside corner all the way to the outside.
