Start off by dotting along the roots of your lashes with a sharp black eye pencil going inwards to upwards following the natural line.Towards the end of your pupils, tilt the pencil upwards, creating an upward line as far up as you would like.If you don’t have a very steady hand, use a brush and some dark eyeshadow to create the line.
