Even if you don’t think you look like a star, you can make yourself look like one very easily with these simple steps on achieve the dramatic look. I am talking about the on-screen look, the one that everybody envies. Smoldering eyes, and a perfect pout is all you need.

Start by applying foundation to your entire face, making sure to blend well. Add a little bit to your lips as well, using your fingertips to blend.

Set your makeup with a loose or pressed powder. Fill your brows in with a brow pencil. Make sure you try to get those famous arched brows. If not, go to an aesthetician and get them done ( it cots like $5!). Set them in place with a little bit of brow gel.

Apply a chocolate colored eyeshadow to your lids, all the way up to the crease. Sweep fawn shadow over the brow bone and blend well. Use the fawn shadow to line under the eye.

Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler and brush two thick coats of black mascara on both the top and bottom lashes for the ultimate effect.

Line your lips with a neutral lip liner. Use a lip brush to apply a coat of lipstick. Blot and reapply and then blot again. You’re all set!
