Lipstick can be a hard thing to choose from. There are always so many colours, so many shades, and so many brands. On top of that, they’re expensive and can wreak havoc in our wallets. Here are so simple tips and tricks when it comes to lipstick.
First and foremost, preserve your lipstick. If it’s a hot, humid day, don’t leave your lipstick in your purse. Instead, store it in the fridge while you’re home. It will last longer, and will be much healthier for your lips.
For a perfect pout, don’t forget to line your lips with a nude lip liner. Make sure that your lip liner is never too obvious, which can be very tacky. This will give your lips a little definition and make them appear fuller.
When you’re short on blush, use your lipstick. Dab a little onto your cheek bones and rub it gently until only a soft blush appears. It really works wonders.
Don’t waste your lipstick. When they’re almost done, scoop out anything left in the bottom and combine all the shades together in a palette. The colour will be amazing, and who knows, maybe you’ll even invent something.
