For most people, medium works well because it gives you a shades that’s 2 shades darker than your skin tone.

I am definitely recommending Neutrogena MicroMist Tanning Spray to anyone that wants a perfect sunless tan. It leaves no streaks, it’s not orange, and it doesn’t smell!
