Do Your Really Need a Toner?
Do you really need a toner? Recent studies are showing that a toner actually does more damage to your skin than anything else. Previously it was believed that a toner cleansed your face of all dirt, impurities, and excess oils, but that is not the case.
Toners strip the skin away of its natural oils that you skin desperately needs. Without this oil, your skin starts to be come dry, flaky, and may even crack in certain cases.
So try staying away from toners as they don’t really help you, but rather hinder your skin care. Unless you have very oily skin, don’t use a toner. It’s a waste of money, and your skin doesn’t need it!

My face would frequently break out and I would find myself going to have facials to try to keep the outbreaks to a minimum. A friend introduced me Monavie, an all natural fruit juice that contains the acai berry, probably nature’s highest antioxidant. Also the acai’s phytosterols help reduce the
erosion of the skin’s protective coating. The acai also helps protect connective tissues, including
collagen. My skin has never looked better and my wife tells me it actually has a glow to it. Learn more about it at: www.mymonavie.com/richardwieland
