Exfoliating
Think about the last time you exfoliated your body. For most of us, exfoliating doesn’t have a place in our hectic schedules, but maybe it should. Exfoliating is one of the most important things in skin care because it eliminates dead skin cells, which hang around on your skin unless you clean it off.
Exfoliators get rid of the dead skin cells, making your skin younger looking, healthier, softer, smooth, etc. It has tons and tons of benefits and it’s really worth your time, considering it only takes about five minutes.
Start exfoliating once your get in the shower. Rub in a circular motion on every part of the body. Don’t scrub, as that can irritate your skin, but rather rub gently. Make sure you pay special attention to your elbows, knees and heels.
