		<description>In my opinion, starvation is the stupidest thing you could ever do... the best way is to eat right and exercise. 

You don&#039;t necessary have to go to a gym to work out but instead of driving to a location that is somewhat close to your house, then why not walk or go by bike? Take a walk after dinner around your neighborhood. Go rollerskating more or do outdoors activities. Have a lot of sex! Go swimming, hiking... there are endless of activities that you can do to exercise without going to a gym. 

Starving your self doesn&#039;t only make you sick and hungry all the time but it makes you very weak and tired (you&#039;ll find your energy will decrease a lot!!), you&#039;ll need more sleep, you get tired very easily of things that normally would not make you tired.

Furthermore, starving doesn&#039;t just decrease the fat % in your body. What happens is that when you are just going through your daily routine your body will not burn fat, but it will burn your muscle so you&#039;ll end up losing most of your muscle. That&#039;s why the models are so grossly skinny, usually models exercise a lot but that&#039;s just to keep the little muscle they have left. You&#039;ll see that anorexic individuals don&#039;t have any muscles at all and that&#039;s why their bones are so visible. 

When you starve yourself you also won&#039;t get any vitamins, protein, carbs (yes carbs are necessary for your body to maintain energy) and other necessities that are vital for your body to function right!

Without getting what the body needs your nails don&#039;t grow as long as they used to, they get ugly and break easily. You&#039;re hair gets dry and is easily damaged by straightening your hair or dry-blowing it. You&#039;ll get split ends sooner because without the vitamins you&#039;re hair will become hollow and you&#039;ll lose more hair than the normal amount (within 100 hairs a day is normal).

This might not show very well on those models because they spend most of their earnings in fixing their nails and hair. 

If those of you that want to starve yourself and there is no way to convince you otherwise then I suggest you buy multi vitamin pills, drink protein shakes (and don&#039;t just buy any crap you can find, it has to be quality protein, I would recommend Profitt protein) and eat plenty of fruits and vegetable because they are practically just water and they&#039;ll go right through you, also eat nuts and dates and eat oatmeal. 

Fish is one of the few meats that you can eat without getting &quot;fat&quot; and it&#039;s important to eat fish because it&#039;s both good for your health and beauty, not to mention your brain cells.

One more thing, do not eat sugar-free candy or drink sugar-free drinks, anything that is sugar-free is highly likely to have the ingredient; Aspartame, it can be hazardous to your health if you inhale large amounts of it.

It&#039;s better to have the sugar because it&#039;s a lot healthier than Aspartame, if you don&#039;t want much sugar, look for foods/drinks that have small amount of sugar in it.</description>
