I totally agree on everything this paper says. The most important thing to remember is to wear loose shirts but not loose enough where you actually look bigger then you are. The great thing about this is that a lot of loose shirts these days are the top fashion hits in the world. You just need to look for the right one..!

I totally agree about Spanx, they make such wonderful and comfortable shapewear products. But I couldn’t imagine wearing a few pair of control top pantyhose at once!!!
