Smoking. Smoking promotes wrinkles in two ways: First, it causes blood vessels to shrink so you don’t get proper circulation. This leads to reduced oxygen in the skin, which slows down the crucial collagen formation. Second, smoking interferes with the skin’s natural defenses against free radicals. Six Steps to the Perfect Skin

Having the perfect skin is just as important, if not more, as having that perfect dress or those perfect shoes. So why not invest a little more time in your face like you do for your wardrobe? Here are six steps to getting that perfect skin.

Step 1: Cleanse

Cleanse your face with a gentle, creamy liquid cleanser. Bar soap is not only drying, but it’s not hygienic. The dirt that comes off your hands ends up on your face. Put your liquid cleanser on a ball of cotton and then apply it to your skin. (Your hands just aren’t clean enough!) Make sure you rinse with lukewarm water because hot water can aggravate the skin and inflame capillaries.

So how can you look sexier, more toned without even having to work out? It’s all in the undergarments of course!

Wanting to show off your décolleté? A push-up bra is the easiest way to add lift and fullness to the bust line. Another trick: Lightly apply makeup, a shade darker than your own, right at the cleavage to give the appearance of depth. Also, try a corset that makes your waist look smaller, and in turn emphasizes the size of your bust.

When you wake up, your skin needs to be cleansed no matter what. If you want beautiful, healthy skin there are steps you need to take in order to make that happen.

De-Puff Your Eyes

To alleviate swelling, place a cold compress on your eyes for 5-10 minutes, then pat on an eye cream or gel that’s been stored in the fridge. If your eyes are red, break out the Rohto V eyedrops (only $7!) before putting in your contacts. They whiten your eyes instantly and feel great.
