DIY Rose Clay Face Mask:
- 1 tbsp rose clay
- 1/2 tbsp rosewater, aloe vera gel, or just regular water (any type of water-based ingredient will work). Find out how to make your own rosewater.
- Mix the two together until it forms a paste.
- Apply to clean skin and leave on for 10 minutes.
- If you have extra dry or sensitive skin, do not let the mask fully dry, but remove it while still wet. This is because once clay hardens, (even though it is a milder clay than most), it can leave skin dry and flaky.
- Rinse off with cool water and pat dry.
- Follow up with a moisturizer.
Depending on the type of skin you have, you can use this mask 1-3 times a week:
Oily/Acne Prone Skin: Mask can be used up to three times a week.
Oily Skin: Mask can be used twice a week.
Dry/Sensitive Skin: Use only once a week.
