Try this decadent bath spa recipe to relax your body, soothe your mind and soul, and give you an extra glow. Not only is it good for you but it will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized.
Start off by making an infusion. Pour 4 cups of boiling water over 2 cups of fresh peppermint stems and leaves. Cover the concoction, steep until it's cool, and then strain.
Add 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil, 1 drop of essential oil of peppermint, 5 drops of essential oil of tangerine, 2 drops essential oil of petite grain, and 2 drops essential oil of neroli to your infused mixture.
Once you've mixed everything together, add the mixture to your warm bath water. Not only will it smell absolutely delicious, but your skin will thank you for it. It will leave you refreshed and revived.
