This 3-ingredient essential oils sleep cure will get you to zzz-land in no time! You'll need:
- Chamomile essential oil
- Lavender essential oil
- Magnesium essential oil
Chamomile Essential Oil:
Chamomile has sedative and relaxing properties and has actually been used for thousands of years for just that purpose!
Lavender Essential Oil:
We all know that lavender is one of the most soothing and calming of all essential oils. Just one whiff of it is enough to put you in relax mode.
Magnesium Oil:
Magnesium is the 4th most abundant mineral in your body, but also the hardest to get enough of. The Drill:
You'll need the following amounts:
- 4 ounces magnesium oil
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
- 10 drops chamomile essential oil
