One of the most popular essential oils in the world, lavender oil has many properties including encouraging hair growth. Research has shown that lavender oil can generate the growth of cells and reduce stress. It also has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties which can improve the health of the scalp.

Use lavender essential oil for hair growth by mixing 3-4 drops with 3 tbsp of your favorite carrier oil such as olive oil or coconut oil. Apply directly to the scalp and leave on for at least 10 minutes. Wash out and repeat 2-3 times a week.

Rosemary oil has help thicken hair as well as encourage fast, healthy growth, due to its ability to improve cellular regeneration.
