You'll Need:
- 1 medium sized avocado (ripe)
- 2 tbsp honey
Directions:
Mash a ripe avocado and mix in with the honey. Apply to dry hair, massaging gently into scalp in slow, circular motions. Leave on for at least half an hour and rinse out. Shampoo and condition as normal.
#2. Papaya Hair Mask for Hair Growth

You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup ripe papaya pulp
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp raw honey
Directions:
In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until the mixture becomes a paste-like consistency. Apply to damp hair and massage into scalp in slow, circular motions. Cover with a shower cap or a towel and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse out and repeat 2-3 times a week.

You'll Need:
- 8-10 fresh hibiscus flowers
- 3-4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- a few drops of rosemary essential oil (optional)
Directions:
In a blender, add the hibiscus flowers along with the yogurt and a little bit of water. Blend until a smooth paste forms. Add in the honey and rosemary and pulse again. Apply to dry hair, massaging into scalp in slow, circular motions. Leave on for at least 30 minutes and rinse out. Repeat 2-3 times a week.
