How to Get Rid of Cellulite – Home Remedies
#1. Massage
If you can afford it, or, if you have someone in your household willing to do this, a cellulite massage is one of the most beneficial things to getting rid of cellulite. Massaging the affected area will stimulate blood circulation and therefore reduce the appearance of it.
#2. Coffee and Coconut Scrub
You may have known for some time now that coffee is truly a god-sent when it comes to cellulite. This is because coffee stimulates blood circulation, which is basically what is needed to eliminate cellulite.
- 1 cup coffee
- 8 oz coconut oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. While in the shower, scrub onto affected areas in slow, circular motions. Do this every night for about a month and you will see a HUGE difference!
#3. Essential Oils Cellulite Serum
Essential oils can do some great damage against cellulite, and these essential oils are mixed together to form the ultimate powerhouse in completely melting cellulite.
- 30 drops grapefruit oil (boosts blood circulation)
- 30 drops cypress oil (flushes out toxins)
- 12 oz coconut oil (hydrates and nourishes skin)
- 2 tbsp shaved beeswax
- 3 tbsp witch hazel (tones and tightens skin)
- 10 drops juniper oil (stimulates circulation)
- 10 drops rosemary oil (also helps with circulation)
Mix all essential oils and then add in the witch hazel. Melt the bees wax and mix in the coconut oil. Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Pour into a clean jar and apply to skin in slow, circular motions every night before bed.
