This DIY fat flush drink is an incredibly easy recipe to make and will flush out all the toxins in your body, melt fat, and give you a boost of energy!
DIY Fat Flush Drink
There are only three very simple, natural, and good for you ingredients in this DIY fat flush drink!
Mint: Helps with digestion and also adds a touch of sweetness to the drink, without the added calories!
Green Tea: Amazing for weight loss, green tea burns fat quickly and also boosts the immune system.
Lime: Great for aches and pains such as headaches and muscle pain.
***Please note that this is a cold brew recipe, therefore we like to use ice, but if you'd like a hot brew instead, simply add hot water instead of cold water and do not place in the fridge!***
You'll Need:
- 1 green tea bag
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime
- water
- ice – optional
Directions:
***Please note that this is a cold brew recipe, therefore we like to use ice, but if you'd like a hot brew instead, simply add hot water instead of cold water and do not place in the fridge!***
- Fill a large mason jar with cold water and add the green tea bag.
- Let steep in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Cut up the lime in wedges and slices and add to the green tea brew.
- Then, add in chopped mint leaves.
- Place in the fridge for an additional 30 minutes.
- If you wish, add a few ice cubes!
- Enjoy!
Drink this tea once a day for at least 2 weeks to see results!
