Hi Maryam,
Thanks for pointing that out! It seems like the wrong picture was used – the picture in the post is for another recipe that contains egg yolk, mayonnaise, and honey.
Is it really work for growth the hair ??? i am just wondering and i wish for what has shown in the picture for long hair
Hi Quens,
Yes, this really does work, but you do have to apply it at least once a week for a few months. Just like with anything else, patience is key here, but your hair will definitely thank you for it! This works because of the ingredients: egg yolk, olive oil, and honey. Egg yolks are full of protein which help to strengthen the hair, therefore reducing breakage. Olive oil hydrates dry hair and moisturizes the scalp, which in turn encourages growth. Honey gets rid of bacteria that inhibits growth and also hydrates.

My hair is too frizzy and dull . What should I do to get rid of this.
Hi Priya, There are many things you can do to fix frizzy hair! First off, apply a frizz taming serum to wet hair right after you get out of the shower. Secondly, apply a weekly mask to your hair. If you have frizzy hair, it’s most likely due to dryness and damage, so heat up some coconut oil and massage it into the hair. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes and rinse out. You can also use mayonnaise, or really any type of fatty natural ingredient which penetrates the hair to hydrate and moisturize dry strands. Lastly, stay… Read more »
What is the solution for dandruff
Hi there!
Check out this article on 3 Homemade Dandruff Treatments 🙂
Hi! I’ve been going through different hair shampoos and conditioners and even putting oils in my hair to try and get back my long thick hair.. I’m getting married I about too months and my hear sheds a lot and has dandruff as well. I only highlighted my hair maybe twice in the last year or longer than that. I came across this DIY treatment and does it matter what kid of shampoo and conditioner I use? I’m right now just using some kind of aloe garnias shampoo and a bed head green big conditioner bottle… thank you!
Hi Paulina,
So sorry to hear about your hair woes…we know it can be tough and can take a long time for hair to get back to its natural state! In terms of shampoo and conditioner, I always recommend you use a natural and organic shampoo. Basically, the less harmful ingredients in contains, the better. So free of sulfates and all of that, and of course, it’s a game of trying to see which works best for your hair. Every shampoo and conditioner does something different for every type of hair.
I have extremely scanty hair and receding hair line . will this hair mask help.? If not pls suggest.
Hi Nafisa,
It should definitely help so long as you use it consistently and on a regular basis. It may take some time for your hair to get better, but after a month, you should start seeing a difference!
I’m trying this since last two weeks…now itself I’m happy with my hair ?…Thankyou so much ?
So glad to hear that Rishi 🙂
