When it comes to toners, there are always mixed reviews. Some say that your skin really doesn't need toner, while others swear by it. So what's the verdict? Well the reason a lot of people are against toners is because most commercial toners are very harsh on the skin; they contain alcohol, dyes, and fragrances that can irritate sensitive skin. But if you use the RIGHT toner, like this DIY easy toner recipe, it can really make a difference in your skin! Making your own toner is not only super easy, but it's also really cheap, and will balance the pH levels in your skin, making your skin tone more even and less oily.
