#1. Extend the Life of Your Mascara

Mascara can dry up very quickly, and not only that, but every time you remove and re-insert your mascara wand into the tube, it accumulates bacteria.

Add a drop or two of lavender essential oil into your mascara tube to kill bacteria and to eliminate dryness. No more dry mascara, a calming lavender scent, plus it promotes lash growth!

#2. Detox Bath

Lavender oil is often used to detoxify the skin, so next time to take a bath, why not add a few drops of lavender oil in there? Not only will it soften skin and soothe the muscles, but it will also detoxify skin. Perfect for those hungover days!

#3. Treat Acne

Because lavender oil kills bacteria, it makes the for the perfect acne treatment! To ward off acne and to treat a blemish, simply make a lavender toner. Mix 1 tbsp witch hazel with a few drops of lavender essential oil. Dip a cotton ball into the mixture and dab onto the affected areas. Do this every night before bed.
