DIY Fat Flush Drink Recipe

Stuffed yourself a little too much over the holidays? Don’t worry, we’re all in the same boat! But now that the holidays are over, it’s time to get back to a healthy lifestyle! This DIY fat flush drink is an incredibly easy recipe to make and will flush out all the toxins in your body, melt fat, and give you a boost of energy!

DIY Fat Flush Drink

There are only three very simple, natural, and good for you ingredients in this DIY fat flush drink!

Mint: Helps with digestion and also adds a touch of sweetness to the drink, without the added calories!

Green Tea: Amazing for weight loss, green tea burns fat quickly and also boosts the immune system.

Lime: Great for aches and pains such as headaches and muscle pain.

***Please note that this is a cold brew recipe, therefore we like to use ice, but if you’d like a hot brew instead, simply add hot water instead of cold water and do not place in the fridge!***

You’ll Need:

  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime
  • water
  • ice – optional

Directions:

***Please note that this is a cold brew recipe, therefore we like to use ice, but if you’d like a hot brew instead, simply add hot water instead of cold water and do not place in the fridge!***

  1. Fill a large mason jar with cold water and add the green tea bag.
  2. Let steep in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Cut up the lime in wedges and slices and add to the green tea brew.
  4. Then, add in chopped mint leaves.
  5. Place in the fridge for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. If you wish, add a few ice cubes!
  7. Enjoy!

Drink this tea once a day for at least 2 weeks to see results!
