You'll Need:


  1. Heat the 4 cups of water until just steaming and then stir in the honey until melted.
  2. Stir in apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
  4. Pour into a 2 oz glass (shot glass) and drink!

We find that it's best to drink this in the morning, on an empty stomach, but it really works whenever your immune system needs a little boost, if you have heartburn, feel bloated, or you just need an overall health kick!
