To treat this problem, set aside 5 minutes every day for some meditation and try to focus on your breathing. Yoga is also a great way to de-stress. Incorporating a healthy diet and regular exercise also diminishes stress which in turn will diminish breakouts!

Acne on the Neck

Breakouts on the neck indicate that the body is fighting an incoming illness. To prevent this, make sure you always stay hydrated and incorporate fruits and vegetables high in vitamins into your diet.

As with any and all breakouts, proper hygiene is a top contender. Wash your face every morning and every night before bed. Change your sheets and pillowcases at least once a week, and stay away from fatty foods, too much sugar, and smoke.
