Acne on the Forehead

Getting breakouts on your forehead is a sign of poor digestive or liver functions, which means you need to drink a lot more water and consider getting extra rest. Your kidneys needs to be cleansed and drinking lots of water is the number one cure for that. Also think about incorporating digestive healthy foods in your system such as coconut oil, salmon, and zucchini.

Acne on the Cheeks

Breakouts on your cheeks is a sign of a poor respiratory system, that's why many smokers experience breakouts on their cheeks. If you smoke, consider quitting, but if you don't, stay away from smoke and try improving the air quality in your home.

Acne on the Nose

Pimples on or around the nose indicate a heart problem. Consider getting regular blood pressure checks to make sure everything in is order and also consume heart-healthy foods that are high in Omega-3s such as nuts and fish.

Acne on the Jawline

The most common area for breakouts to appear, the jawline is an indication of hormones and stress. To treat this problem, set aside 5 minutes every day for some meditation and try to focus on your breathing. Yoga is also a great way to de-stress. Incorporating a healthy diet and regular exercise also diminishes stress which in turn will diminish breakouts!

Acne on the Neck

Breakouts on the neck indicate that the body is fighting an incoming illness. To prevent this, make sure you always stay hydrated and incorporate fruits and vegetables high in vitamins into your diet.

As with any and all breakouts, proper hygiene is a top contender. Wash your face every morning and every night before bed. Change your sheets and pillowcases at least once a week, and stay away from fatty foods, too much sugar, and smoke.
