Carrier oils are a very important part of any beauty routine, especially when it comes to DIY beauty recipes. They help to bind ingredients together and add a hydrating purpose to recipes. But if you suffer from acne and oily skin, some of these carrier oils can be less than desirable as they can be comedogenic. If something is comedogenic it means that it will block the pores which can cause blackheads and breakouts.
