If there's one thing the Japanese are very good at, it's keeping their skin looking young and firm. With so many products on the market, and different DIY anti-aging masks, it's hard to know which mask will work for you. But this Japanese anti-aging treatment has been used for thousands of years by Japanese women, and the results are seriously awesome! Use this mask as often as you'd like, two or three times a week, and within a month you'll notice a big difference.
Japanese Anti-Aging Treatment
- 2-3 tbsp cooked rice
- 1 tbsp warm milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- Start by boiling your rice. Once cooked, make sure you preserve the water!
- In a bowl, mix your rice with 1 tbsp warm milk, and add the honey.
- Apply all over your face and neck and leave on for 30 minutes.
- Rinse your face with the rice water.
If you have leftover rice water, or you decide to make more, you can keep the water in the fridge for up to 4 days and use it as a toner.
Even better, freeze the rice water in an ice cube try, and rub over your face to tone, depuff, and get younger looking skin!
