Short Hair Hairstyles

A lot of people are shy when it comes to getting their hair cut because they believe they can't do much with short hair. Well that's a myth that needs to be put to sleep because short hair can be just as much fun as long hair, maybe with even more options! So here are a few hairstyles that you can pull off with short to medium hair.

First off, you can easily get the tousled, wavy look. It's perfect for during the day or at night (depending on your outfit of course!). This style is so simple and carefree, that all you have to do is blow dry your hair, smooth on a styling cream, and then use a curling iron to flip the ends in different directions.wavy hair

For a more reserved look, try the ballerina bun. It's not outdated, but looks very fresh as it shows off your facial features. Rake your fingers through air dried hair, and pull into a high ponytail. Twirl the ponytail into a bun, securing the ends with bobby pins. ballerina bun

For a night out, try loose curls. Start by blow drying your hair on a low setting with a diffuser. Set the top layer of your hair in hot rollers. Let stand for about 10 minutes, and run your fingers through, combining the top and bottom layers. Finish off with a little by of hairspray and you're all set.
