DIY Cellulite Fighting Drink

DIY Cellulite Fighting Drink Recipe

grapefruit juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 lime
  • 1/2 inch ginger root piece

Directions:

  1. Peel the grapefruit and oranges.
  2. Cut the lime into 1 quarter and wash well.
  3. Peel half an inch of a ginger root piece and rinse under water.
  4. Place all items in a juicer and juice.
  5. Drink the juice every morning on an empty stomach for best results.

Why This Works:

Grapefruit contains enzymes that help burn fat, therefore reducing cellulite as well as helping with weight loss. Grapefruit is also a great appetite suppressant and is loaded with vitamins and minerals that help with digestion and also improves skin, hair, and nails.

Oranges also help with burning fat and reducing cellulite by pumping the body full of vitamin C as well as other minerals and vitamins.

Lime is also a citrus just like grapefruit and oranges and when combined with these other two can become quite a powerhouse!
