Amazing At-Home Beauty Recipes

  • I admit it; I’m a sucker for at-home recipes. I like to go to the grocery store and stock up on some of my favorite beauty ingredients and then just have a blast! Even if you don’t know any recipes, just mix some fruits or vegetables and mash them together; see what happens. After all, that’s how some of the best at-home recipes came about and eventually were made into actual beauty products. So let’s start off with some amazing at-home beauty recipes you’ll be sure to love, trust me!

    BEER BOOST

Yes, this recipe includes beer! Start by soaking a slice of wheat bread in a bowl of beer. Slick on the mixture and rinse after 10 minutes; it’s as easy as that! The protein in the mixture gives your hair tons of volume and don’t worry your hair won’t smell like beer either!beer

    STRAWBERRY DELIGHT

Start by mashing eight ripe strawberries. Strawberries are good for you because they contain natural acids which slough off dead skin cells. Smooth it on with your fingers, making sure to avoid the eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes and wash it off.strawberries

    MILK MOISTURIZER

Milk is a great skin saver, especially for dry skin. All you have to do is wash your face with some nice cold milk every morning for about a week, and you’ll see how soft your skin will get. If I could…I’d bathe in milk, it’s heaven for your skin!milk

    CUCUMBERS…THE ULTIMATE

We all know cucumber are dark-circle savers and that’s why you should put two slices on every night before bed. But did you know you can actually mash or blend the cucumbers and create a paste for your face? Try it out and you’ll love the silky smooth results, not to mention the tantalizing scent of fresh cucumber!

I was reading your ‘Amazing At-Home Beauty Recipes’ and I saw your comment on how if you could, you would bathe in milk.
Well you can! I have done it before. You just fill your tub up with water and pour a dry milk mix into it and voila! You have a milk bath!
